1987 General

1987 was the year that General became one of the hottest brands in BMX. They signed RL Osborn, who had previously been riding for the Redline BMX Factory Team. There were two models for RL the full CR-MO Osborn Pro and the CR-MO main tube Hustler Pro was RL's signature model. Fred Blood had signed with the General Factory Team a year earlier, had two BMX models that bared his name - the Tri-moly Blood Pro and Fred's signature model the Hustler Fred Blood. For 1987, there were also two Scooter models in the range the Sidekick Pro and Sidekick.
