Designed for the performance minded rider, the 1990 Mongoose Expert Comp has a lot of the features of bikes costing much more. The frame is made of large diameter Chromoly tubing and features the unique Mongoose wishbone style. The first two numbers in the serial indicates year of production. 89 = 1989, 90 = 1990. The third and fourth numbers (as shown in the examples above) indicate production Month.
