This one's built to go vertical. Painstaking detail and development meetings with 10-time freestyle champion Dennis "DMC" McCoy resulted in our all-new, DMC Pro frame and new DMC Pro fork (patent pending). The pegs mount directly into the fork dropouts, absorbing all the forces of evil - no more bent axles here. Lowered "TwinJet" seat stays, oversized axles and "ICT" internal chain tensioner are mated to all the good stuff like Profile cranks, Fishbone seat and seat post, SST Gyro rotor, Dia Compe 990 brakes and Peregrine 48 wheelset.
Model Note: The top tube decal on the final production bike included the DMC typegraphic next to the Dennis McCoy signature. This was not included on the 1998 Mongoose BMX Catalogue bike.
